What is Flow Camp?

Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

The “Flow Camp” is perfect if you seek to strengthen your core technique. The camp integrates beginner and intermediate girls equally. For beginners we make sure that the progression during the camp is smooth and not too steep. And for intermediate girls we will bring level appropriate challenges to elevate your riding style. For this some parts of training might be split into two groups depending on your own level and confidence.

In this camp, we will go over all the main components of mountain biking . Starting from position to then turns, drops, jumps and more... as well as 2 basic mechanics workshops (“trail-side repairs” and “basic maintenance”).

This camp is a perfect start before diving deeper into mountain biking.
