What is Flow Camp?

Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

The “Flow Camp” is perfect if you seek to strengthen your core technique. The camp integrates beginner and intermediate girls equally. For beginners we make sure that the progression during the camp is smooth and not too steep. And for intermediate girls we will bring level appropriate challenges to elevate your riding style. For this some parts of training might be split into two groups depending on your own level and confidence.

In this camp, we will go over all the main components of mountain biking . Starting from position to then turns, drops, jumps and more... as well as 2 basic mechanics workshops (“trail-side repairs” and “basic maintenance”).

This camp is a perfect start before diving deeper into mountain biking.

Camp details

  • 5 training days, including 4 different bike parks (Serfaus, Sölden, Lermoos and Ehrwald)

    Skills training

    Trail components training daily (berms, drops, jumps), all adjusted to the individual riding level.

    Technical trail training (roots and rocks), basic tech technique learning. 

    2 mechanics workshops (“trail side repairs” and “basic maintenance”)

    Evening technique analysis about the next day's training focus (turns, jumps, drops etc.)

    Video analysis after training

  • Rest day activities (eg. lake trip, hiking/sight seeing) 

    BBQ and drinks

    End-of-camp photoshoot in the bike park

    Games and activities in the evenings

  • We will be staying at Zugspitz residence Ehrwald ( https://www.zugspitz-residences.com/apartments‍ )

    It’s an apartment complex, with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. All beds are double and it’s two people per room.

    The accommodation is reserved, but is not included in the first payment. The payment for the accommodation will be handled upon arrival at the camp.

    All food is included in the price. Breakfast - we provide the ingredients, but for breakfast everyone makes their own. Lunch - a picnic will be packed every day to take with us on the mountain (sandwitches, protein bars, cookies and other snacks). Dinner - communal cooking in the apartments.

    ANY allergies and dietary requirements will be accompanied, if informed beforehand.

  • Arrival on June 28th (Sunday) . Available pick up from Munich International airport at 18:00, free of charge. 

    Departure on July 5th (Sunday). Available transfer to Munich International Airport, Arrival at the airport at 12:00.

    Possible pick up at Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station and Otztal bahnhof if requested beforehand, but not guaranteed.

    Otherwise check in will be available at the property from 13:00 on the day of arrival.

Prices:

The Total price for the camps is 1600 Eur. However the first payment is 1000 Eur, the rest is upon arrival at the check in.

If you have the “Gravity card” the total price will be 1450 Eur (850 Eur) by first payment.

*this is because most of the bike parks are included in the “Gravity card” (except Ehrwald), therefore you will not need the bike park passes.*

Learn what is included in the price and what is not:

    1. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. (excluding drinks at bars, and optional one restaurant dinner)

    2. Accommodation (included in the total price, paid upon arrival at the check in.

    3. Transportation from the airport if needed, as well as transfers to and from the bike parks

    4. Bike park lift tickets (excluded if you have a gravity card)

    5. Coaching and mechanic workshops

    6. A guaranteed good vibe and strong group energy

    1. BIKES - bikes are not provided, however if you wish to rent a bike and protective equipment, our partners “Radlgaudi” offer a special deal  for Downhill Divas. Details below⬇

    2. Travel to the camp, except for the specified pickups and drop-offs.

  • If you don’t have your own downhill bike or wanna test out something new  - No Problem. In cooperation with our friends “Radlgaudi” we came up with an offer exclusive for Downhill divas!!! You can rent a Santa Cruz bike as well as protection for a special price!!!

    They are a test center for the Santa  Cruz bikes and have a large selection in models. However they have limited selection for size S and M, so the earlier you book the better chances that you will get the best bikes for your level!!!
